Strength Poem by Marcquiese Burrell

Strength

Months were miserable
and days were dismal
Even though life
have been very civil
The story's still being written
And it's looking good thus far
With the circumstances given
leaving this fight with no scars
Cause I'm pushing and pushing
Through walls of these limits
And knocking them down
Like the sledgehammer
to pound
Then rebuild from the ruins
