The fulcrum need not fault
Else the spokes and will come to motionless
The neck that bears the head, straight must be
Else the head is tilted to obtuse angle
On whose shoulder a responsibility is laid
Must garner strength and courage to bear
The faith and trust reposed in the leader
Must be maintained in the eyes that behold him.
When the load becomes too heavy to bear
I draw from inner reserve to persevere
Knowing well that a salt that loses its taste
Is trampled upon in the open as dust.
