Stress Poem by Randy McClave

Stress

The man who makes 700.00 an hour
Many believes and worships him, from his tower,
They believe that he has the smartest mind
And his business savvy they want to find.
He has all the knowledge and power.

To those who make 17.00 an hour for their pay
Unto them all the wealthy will preach and say,
They will believe and follow the rich man's every word
As if speaking from the gospel they just heard.
As if to him they wish and hope and pray.

To those who earn 7.00 an hour or less
Unto all the wealthy man will state and confess,
Because, of them our country is not rich or great
Them we should despise, and also hate.
Unto the man making 17.00 an hour the rich man will stress.
