Stroller Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Stroller

Stroller

Empty and still
she pushes the four wheels
it has seat for a child, stroller
could be filled...

Strolls, she walks; talks
has gestures and smiles.

In her thoughts a baby
wanting food; and cries,
pamper full with odour.

She changes and washes
baby laughs and plays.

And the wheels kiss the road
and carpet is asphalt with the soul
feels her feet, light, heavy with dreams
daydreams.

Daydream
baby grows, yellow bus
in school, final day with degree
she is bent with white hair
hug received is a life, her success.

But in fact she walks on
empty the wheeler; stroller.
