Strolling Poem by michael Smajda

Strolling

As I strolled down memory lane,
I marveled at all that I saw.
Of all the memories I passed by,
Memories of you, dear, i enjoyed most of all.

Like the memory of our very first kiss
And our vow of love 'till death do us part'.
Even those bad times we shared together
Still remain endowed in my mind and heart.

But like any stroll one takes down memory lane,
Only so many one's mind can comprehend.
Thus, when I, too, am gone, again with you,
Such strolling, for me, will have come to an end.
