Sumbission Of Sin - Poem by Abdul AlSerri
Cemetary days, crawling on the beach searching for glass.
Symmetrical sounds ricochet from your ears, reaching your hands horizon.
Lingering thoughts spew out of a gas chamber suffocating your mind
Like love that is lost the process repeats it's self until you conform to the horror.
The quality of rythm was lost in translation from God to being.
With every footstep distorting the difference from thought to sound.
The forbidden fruit is always in my perphiral.
A haunting spirit of a life unfulfilled.
Destiny selects it's path through a rightous spear.
The ripples scrambled whats left to say.
The constant ache of this sound, however brief still not found.
While the rest of us settle for fate, may be broken but still it's bound.
The downtrodden vagrants remorse over a dream they never had.
Their sinister stares echo with the loss of inoccence
In a world of tedious toleration and mediocrity.
