Surely Assure Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Surely Assure

Surely assure

How did the world look like?
It never did strike
But we all know
We had nowhere to go

Our ancestors made it fertile
In their own struggle
Even though geography did not change
But in order it was managed

Many parts are surrounded by sea
The deserts are spread over large area
The land is very less
The population barrage is large to face

Yet we have lived
And believed
The god has done enough
We need not make it rotten stuff

It is beautiful land
With ponds
Large lakes
And beautiful gardens

We can make it still more
And explore
To add features
That shall surely assure
