Surrender Only To Grandeur - Poem by Sara Militello
Surrender Only To Grandeur
I've known the bliss of surrender
-the healing power of trust-
Tasted of grandeur.
Know why its power is thus.
I've gazed into the face of madness.
Resisted its force.
I know how weak is one
who would master another.
How undeserving is one who would try.
