Sushi Poem by Randy McClave

Sushi

When you eat sushi with delight
Don't forget the ginger before every bite,
This tidbit you should not ever forget
It helps to cleanse the palate.

The ginger is not for decoration alone
Upon the plate where it is always shown,
It is used to cleanse between and after each meal
And it also adds to the luster and appeal.

Before and after eating your sushi feast
Whether your at home or in the Far East,
Eat ginger and you won't feel crappy
And your palate will stay cleansed and happy.
