Suture Unknown Poem by Kurt Philip Behm

Suture Unknown

Raw and uncut, the Poet
sharpened his edge

The entry wound targeted,
with fury bright red

The first cut the deepest,
and clean to the bone

His wound bleeding freely,
—its suture unknown
