Sweet Child Of Mine Poem by Stephanie Dunne

Sweet Child Of Mine

Tonight I'll sing you a lullaby
Sweet Child of Mine

I'll settle you down in this Earth
With trouble, joy, sorrow, love and laughter
Each path holds a different key
To your destiny
Sweet Child of Mine

If you have trouble
I'll carry you to laughter
If you have joy
I'll sing your way to love
And if you have sorrow just give me a call
I'll be there right beside you
Sweet Child of Mine

So take life by the wings
And fly swiftly through each course
Cauz you'll find life is a lesson
Meant to be learned

Sweet Child of Mine

On December 2,2016, I was forced to have an abortion, since I had a tubaligation, and the pregnancy would kill me. Plus, the hospital refused to reverse the tubaligation because of not having health insurance. I named her, Faith, and requested to hold her. I miss my unborn daughter so much, but your poem was an inspiration to my heart.
