Sweet Wakeful Kisses - Poem by Michael P. McParland

Good afternoon to you my sweet love
and as I finally rise from a day of resting
and having such wonderful dreams of being with you
I send you sweet wakeful kisses to say
thank you as ever for all of your kind
and warm loving understanding
and I love you so very much my sweet Angel.
I send you sweet wakeful kisses to make you smile
and let you know I am with you holding you near.
I am always there at your side hand in hand
giving mt undying loving and support in full.

As I now rise and give you these sweet wakeful kisses
I want you to know I could feel all of
your abundant warmth and caring love surround
and fill me up so very strong and it makes my heart sing
saying thank you and I love you immensely.
Sweet wakeful kisses so deeply sincere
and full of true love to you my soul mate
and gorgeous best friend I adore to no end.

Sweet wakeful kisses to you Kira my only true love
and it's hard to get up when the dreams
I'm having of you are so very good,
talking to and holding you while snuggling,
watching movies, going for walks, reading,
and a trillion other things together sweet lady
and with these kisses I again say thank you for understanding
and that I can't wait to be with you when the time comes.
I love you immensely and so very deeply
because you are my Queen and I so cherish thee.
So with these sweet wakeful kisses feel me there
holding you so very tightly smiling at you
as I let you know that I am your Michael
and yours alone forever my fair lady.
