Syria's War Starts Its Eighth Year Painfully To Its People And To The Whole World Poem by MOHAMMAD SKATI

No one likes any war
Including all the Syrian people
Simply because it is against any people's will
Anytime, anywhere, and
Everywhere around our globe.
The Syrian people are still suffereing from
That ongoing war which is not theirs
For many known and unknown reasons.
A lot of Syrian people have got displaced
By that ugly war
Towards many known or unknown destinations
Against their will,
The world in which we live in
Is totally deaf, dumb, and
Even blind towards Syria and
Even towards its innocent people
For many known and
Even unknown reasons,
This ongoing war have burnt
A lot of houses and stores
To that extent in which
A lot of people have got killed and
A lot of them have got wounded seriously
Without any hope to stop
Those ugly fires that
Have resulted from that ongoing war,
Every March 15th means
A new year starts for more
Sufferings, pains, and
Even displacemants for
The Syrian people and
May be for some other neighnoring nations,
Please work to stop
That ongoing war for
The sake of our whole world's peace and safety.
