System Encouragement Poem by Noah Ohler

System Encouragement

Rating: 5.0

Envy surrounds like a shroud of debate
In underlying liars that justify fate
Pretentious exhibits and visual deceit
Work hard and live strong for a bitter defeat

Just sign for the 'X, ' a key of desire
Sign up for unjust and become a liar
And reach for the stars and reach for the sky
Reach for that stupid mind you look for at night
To make you feel happy, to make you feel null
To make you decide that your blindness takes all
In faith in God and in faith in peers
Maniacal laughter is hidden by fears
To take all your money, to take over minds
It's f***ing transparent you should open your eyes
Can't you see all of this unjust can destroy all of the kind
Can't you see all of this unjust can destroy all of the kind

Preacher preach my preachings that are stuck on replay
When I've bitten my tongue to live day-to-day
This is not the way to live, nor was it by choice
A system keeps you going to leave you without a voice

Call me what you want, call my thoughts obscene
Obscure to pose a question? Then I am just nothing
Leave a riddled mess, tell me when I have regrets
F***, you never walked my path, f***, I never will collapse

Just another thought, just take a second or two
Can you figure out with just a subtle clue?
'This is it, this is goodbye, ' an able child cries,
'He who claims the past, now, he proclaims the lives.'

My life, your life, my life your life, is nothing but a joke.
