The brave take a stand
For the morals they believe
The wise understand
We all are being deceived

Things are out of hand
I can't believe what I see
Police killed a man
They shot him, live on tv

It's the land of the free
And we're the home of the brave
Cops are found not guilty
When they say they were afraid

This isn't nothing new
Kill the men and lock the youth
Cops working with the news
Why we never get the truth

Everyday I'm face with
How to deal with a racist
God's love I'm embraced with
So it's back to the basics
