Take His Hand
When life is over
You will know
God will appear
There to show
Where you will go
How it will be
When life is over
It will be angels you will see
Don't try to fight it
You'll only lose
You are the one
That God did choose
So go ever gently
Today's the day
God will hold your hand
As He leads you away
