Take Me To The Land Of Love Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Take Me To The Land Of Love

You have taughts us many things,
Between the breasts;
Your love has really changed me!
Between the rivers;
And like the peace of the mind.
Bring me home to where i belong!
Between the hands;
Because, this world is now before my eyes.
Bring me hope and joy!
Between the legs;
For, the carnal mind is like the mortal beast.
The beast of the kings! !
Like Herod and Herodias;
But, bring me to where i can observe the laws.
Vanity of vanities!
All ends up to vanity;
Like this world and its sins,
But, bring me peace and take me to the land of love.
All things are full of labour! !
And, every river flows into the sea;
But, the sea if never full.
That which has already been will be yet again,
And, a dream which has come true will never pass away;
For, the truth is always the truth! !
And, we don't need signs to believe in that which is already true.
