Tale Of A Flying Pig Poem by Ima Ryma

Tale Of A Flying Pig

A winged horse, Pegasus, did aid
Hercules in heroic stuff.
A lot of Greek myth did get made
Of these two flying in times tough.
But one pig tale that's not been told,
Hercules went to get his friend,
But Pegasus had caught a cold.
So Herc asked me if I would lend
A pig hoof or two to help out.
Pegasus loaned me his wings two.
Heroic deed was done no doubt
When Hercules on this swine flew.

Helper to Hercules I be.
On this 'Pigasus' Herc rode me.
