Yes, there is someone behind
To remain kind
And show love for your work
With appreciating words
If she or he is closer
You remind her
Of great impact
When you decide to act
It has far reaching effect
On work in fact
Your hands move with great concept
The response from people is very prompt
It is good to have shelter
From someone elder
To guide and apprise
That can surprise many
Talent is personal pride
But still someone decides
How should you steer the course?
And ultimately get the success
