Talking Hearts - Poem by ArmourQuill Hunter
Lets talk about the spoke in the wheel,
The sword or the cross between two opposites,
And the pivotal point that tips the scale of wisdom’s facts.
So let us talk about the whole- “not just a part…”
I’m not meaning “the head-, ” but the loving heart.
Let’s talk about the true- not just the implied…
Let us now talk, that is if your love is real,
Can your love “stand the test of time…? ”
Let’s talk about the middle, the heart, the in-between.
Let’s talk about the substance, not just the seen…
Just look into my “eyes…” and tell me if it’s true;
“Do you love me-, to the ocean’s depth, like I love you?
