Tasting Wine - Poem by gershon hepner

A sad wine lack complexity,
like empty skeletons exhumed,
or men without perplexity,
who never seem to be consumed
by thoughts that mental palates find
to be intriguing. When you taste
a wine believe it has a mind
that by your tongue would be embraced.
