Toll roads and tax loads...poor folks are paying
...Monopoly...the con-job Congress is playing
"Tax Reform" the new norm simply "Slavery" reinvented
...."Bondage" reborn our best interest ain't in it

Handouts...the silencer...couple hundred or so...
The high costs of living...it's soon gone with the flow
...'Tis insanity.....by far....passive we are
Robbed by the scoundrels raiding the cookie jar

Guess who's paying....for "Infrastructure"
...It's us...the poor folks...the counterculture
Consequential - Tax Reform thus set...
Now....poorer & poorer & poorer & poorer
....Poorer & poorer......we get

Billionaires....amassing - that "hoarding" of riches....
We're all at the mercy of thieving sons-of-bitiches
Tax reform...the sham...they don't give a damn
.....Masters of deceit....political....flimflam

Highly-placed machinations....Congressional roots
.....Lobbyists...in cahoots with the "Bulbous Brute"
Truth of the matter when it's all done and said....
Hourly salaries barely affording a mere loaf of bread
