I observe
Teacher's day
Speaks fire
With no smoke.
Smokes, with
No syllable
I watch
On top of towers.
With teachers,
I am not to die.
I talk about human,
Not in waves of laughter.
In my own language
I salute all teachers.
I am willing to give
My fingers,
But I must know
At this time, teachers
Must not be cheaters.
Teachers are never
Takers, but see
Teachers are Frighteners
And I am the loser.
Yet as a learner,
I want to give the dues
To be paid
To teachers.
And I observe,
Observe this day.
Yet as a learner, I want to give the dues To be paid To teachers. And I observe, Observe this day. Happy teacher's day. Nicely penned. Thanks sir. 10.

I too salute all teachers, having been one. The unexpected phrase 'I am not to die' gives more power to the poem. It is unpredictable. 'Teachers/ must not be cheaters'. Some were.
