I haven't crossed my heart,
But I've hoped to die.
I don't know where to start,
I can't lie
Easy to leave
Hard to love
Heart on my sleeve
Eyes on above
I give all of me,
Yet I'm broken and alone,
Let who is not guilty
Cast the first stone
I didn't choose this,
I don't want this life
I live by your last kiss,
I'm defined by you as my wife
So I'm praying to the Lord,
"Give her a new heart"
I feel ignored
When will He start?
But I know He is here,
Though I don't feel it at all
My overwhelming fear,
It's like hitting a brick wall
I'm losing hope for a purpose
Every moment that passes
My life feels like a circus,
Entertainment for the masses
I like your voice- it is strong and simple [but NOT simplistic], , intense and truthful. And you can handle end-rhymes so smoooooooooooothly I am jealous out of my mind. My end-rhymes are clumsy awkward and gangling things. Powerful write.10+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The whimsical and temperamental nature of love are aptly captured in the poem. Heartfelt rendition embellished in poetic rhyme and rhythm. A witty creation written with clarity of thought and mind. Thanks for sharing Justin.
Thank you!
