I felt Jesus's tears
Falling down in the rain
And with every teardrop
I could feel his pain

I said 'Oh Lord
Have I done You wrong?
For I believe in You
Even when I'm not strong'

He said 'My son
These are not caused by you
For I put you through trials
I know all you've been through

Some of these tears
Are also tears of joy
For, you have made me proud
As, I've watched you from a boy

So walk along in faith
That I'll be there by your side
And with each sunrise
Smile at me with pride

Should you start to fall
Just know that I am there
To help you with the burdens
That I send to you to share

And remember the raindrops
Are tears of joy and pain
For the times of your trials
As well as all you gain

And all those snowflakes
That cover up the ground
They bring peace and harmony
With out ever making a sound

So if you feel lonely
Or if your feeling blue
Just think of these times
But remember, I LOVE YOU'
