Technological Shrine
My tombstone and yours
Now becomes virtual
Offerings of reflection
Lies in digital images
Spread between webpages
Is this a modern immortality?
I will be lost in the digital stream
Rather then ink or fading memories
I cannot forget your image now
It won't thaw in my mind
For I can recall it each evening
I can save it and it will
Never be deleted
It's on another form of cloud
One that humanity created
