Teenager Woes
I had a really bad day
I just want to run away
Away from all the things,
People and feelings
I want to
But I can't
I feel so lonely, I feel so empty
I feel no one is beside me
I want to cry right now
As hard as my eyes will allow
I want to
But I can't
They see me as jolly and lively
No problems, no worries
But I want to tell them my stories
Hoping someone will understand me
I want to
But I can't
Because no one ever will
Be there to make me feel
I am never alone
I am never just on my own
