Tell Me Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Tell Me

Rating: 5.0

It is good to ask “tell me”
But you have been allowed free
Don’t ask often to lady
They are eager but moody

It is good to be possessive
But not be so obsessive
You show all your feeling
When she is for you and willing

It hurts a woman when asked repeatedly
Some relations are just accepted happily
It is sacred and must remain so
Undue haste and pleas must go

You make it more narrative
Hence it becomes less subjective
You become possessive
And try to be assertive

This creates some tension
It raises lots of questions
When woman in question is ready
You must be careful and remain steady

Some of the paths are to be guided smoothly
Remain at arms length but truthfully
It adds sweetness in relation
Every time good feeling with lots of excitation

Listen to what she says or murmurs?
Try to be attentive and peacefully hear
Some new message may be for you
She may find you real and very true

Such is delicate thread of relation
It has enough of joy in revelation
One must be really assertive when required
Trust her completely without being inquired
