Tell You... Poem by Shaa Shaa

I seem to be hooked on you,
my mind debates on whether or not I should tell you,
tell you who I really am.

why...
this new found feelings scare and excite me.
Its easy for you and hard for me.
I'm  testing uncharted waters.
I cant afford to lose you.

I ponder and dive in thought.

I hold you in high regard and cant help but lay my cards on the table.

My soul sends me on a mission,
a mission to tell you who I am and exactly what that means.
As I press send I'm left Wondering.

Wondering if...
your eyes will view me the same,
your smile will be as warm afterwards,
if your voice will continue luring me to your realm.
Regardless this is my truth.
