Tell Your Story Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

Tell Your Story

Committed,
Omitted,
But to mourn and cry!
And like a writer's inkhorn at his or her side;
But, tell me your story and let is teach my mind.

Seize and cease,
Sale and sail,
Feel and fill,
Ship and sheep!
But you can't lobby death;
So, tell me your story and let me write it down.
