Tender Hearts Poem by Michelle Guza

Tender Hearts

Rating: 4.0

You see the tender hearts
You brake them into tiny parts
You see the fear in our eyes
But that doesn’t stop you from releasing the painful lies
Scared to get near
Tender hearts are ever so dear
You see them near and we run so fast
Remembering how long the brakes will last
Running so that you will not take the tender heart and kill
Catch us and brake them you will you will
Its just the way the cookies crumble
While us tender hearts stumble
Scare of what will come up soon
Because when we see you we know it will come soon
The it is the broken heart
Its just the who will play the horrid part
Looking for just the right sign
I just don’t know where to find mine
For this tender heart was hurt before
So close tight is the door
So closed the door to my heart will stay that way
So tender hearts will not play!
