Thank You Lord for answered prayer
Each day that I'm a witness there
And as Thy Word is shared and all
I sweetly sense the Spirit's call
I make a checkmark on my list
You have worked and You have blessed
What a moment t'is to my heart
That You have had a special part.......thank You Lord

Thank You Lord for answered prayer
When duty calls when You are there
Divine appointments being fulfilled
As Thou has ordered as Thou hast willed
Not a minute early or a minute late
As just upon Thyself we wait
To see Your hand in everything
I cannot but with praises sing.........thank You Lord

Thank You Lord for answered prayer
We're not just speaking to empty air
But to Thy throne of grace we come
With our petitions every one
On the knees of our hearts in prayer
With contrite broken hearts that care
And know beyond a shadow of doubt
Great grace and mercy You'll pour out...thank You Lord

Thank You Lord for answered prayer
I see it's evidence everywhere
I hear the sound of a rushing wind
Mighty deliverance over sin
Believers alert to the needs of others
A bonding of both sisters and brothers
An awareness of our soon coming Lord
A revival of preaching of Your Word.....thank You Lord
