That's All - Poem by Linda Harnett

A time of quiet,

A place of calm,
A sanctuary,
In hibernation,

A sound of living,
Loving light,
An inner peace,
Is mine, by right,

A space where time,
Stood standing tall,
A wilderness,
And a waterfall,

A trickling tickle,
From a stream,
A remnant from,
A labile dream,

With good and bad,
Unbroken heart,
But badly bent,

A day to find,
What once was lost,
Emotions tethered,
At a cost,

A moment held,
For sweet recall,
A time, a place,
A sound,
That’s all.
