For the king who collects too much
…of tax by extremely straining the citizen,
Milking the cow by completely straining
…the teats of the cow is also justifiable!

(It is like selling liquor by the government
…to the citizen with loss of their income
And loss of their health, dignity, family welfare
…leading to liver disease and death!)

For such a king with cruelty,
…the accumulation of wealth will be very meagre!

For the king who collects the tax to the bare minimum,
…say one sixth of their income, maintaining happiness
without much to their hardship, the revenue
…will accumulate hugely like the flood in the river!
