POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The three line poem, 'The Air', with Moras in 5-7-5 pattern, having 5 Mora in first line,7 in the second line and again 5 in the third line, is a Haiku form of poetry that one is crafted, as all the Haiku form of poetry fabricated on the juxtapose strand. Air, the metaphorical essence of nature, which is the quest of Haiku poetry is shown in two fold aspect. In the first line the poem luminates Air as a crucial part of life, as our life moves on by air fuel, but the poem wears a juxtapose mask at the third line where it presents that the human beings are fuel of Air rather than Air is a fuel of human beings.

The poem by its dramatic flavour elaborates, how we all human beings are awaiting for our death on this globe. The Air retains soul inside the flesh and keeps it alive, if there is no Air, surely there will be no life. We all mortals consume Air to gain energy. The poem in an eloquent way in the first and secone line shows how human life stands on the firm necessities of air, but at the end the poem in an ironical way gleam the concept which is juxtapose by essence, convey that, not we are consuming air but it is the air which is waiting for the peak time to consume us.

The death of the mortals is a sign of message to Air to change its role and instead of giving life, it leads the degradation of whole body by letting their microbes to act on the dead body which in scientific tongue revealed by the concept of decompostion that one is performed by decomposers and microbes in air.
All we humans on this morbid world(Earth) serving Air in the form of regular supply of fodder by means of reproduction.
