The Alien - Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

He comes from Outer Space,
But looks like you and me,
The only difference is,
An Alien is he.

His garb is very fine,
His talk is all refined,
Dressed in a smart suit,
The colour of ruby wine.

He drives a fast car,
That can also fly,
To near and distant worlds,
Further than the human eye.

He crosses the frontiers of Space,
On his daily drive to work,
However long it takes,
The journey he does not shirk.

But he is an Alien,
To visit Earth he does,
Daily, from a distant World,
To live his life with us.
