The Aluu Four Poem by chinwe omah

The Aluu Four

that friday
that bright day,
God weeped
as Aluu4 died.

That friday
that bright day
aluu4 tested the cruelty of mankind
as the truth was untold to mankind.

That friday
that bright day,
the unruly mob violated the privacy of chastity
what pants covered was displayed for charity.

That friday
that bright day
judgement was passed by a man with a black cap
as God sits on His throne with a Gold crown.

That friday
that bright day
the bright clouds turns dark
as the Aluu4 turns black.

That friday
that bright day
uniport was thrown into black mourning
as the aluu4 spirits mourns.

That friday
that bright day,
wickedness was spread outside
as life travelled southside.

That friday
that bright day
aluu4 were chased
by evil they should have chased.

That friday
that bright day
aluta was buried in grave of grief
her wards butchered like pig, thrown off life's cliff.

That friday
that bright day
videos of the aluu4 fly around
like mass badly produced cD's abound.

That friday
now black day

COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Frank Adie 31 August 2018

The Aluu4 massacre was a sad and the most sordid sight any eye could behold. On that cursed Friday, cruelty such as we have never known was seen meted out by a sadistic mob who in error thought that they were dishing out justice. This poem does not only resurrect memories of the ill-fate that befell the aluu4, it also poetically emotionalize the goriness of that satanic deed.
