The Anxiety Of The Body Poem by Jocelyn Dunbar

The Anxiety Of The Body

Rating: 5.0

Life, in the beginning, travels along the road.
The body and mind move to the wider
Directions, anywhere, everything goes.

The strength continues to the sense of action.
The body is tired; the mind is confused
To any point of direction.

The mind speaks the body moves.
The muscles continue trembling because of fatigue.
The body feeling restless needs focus of attention
The mind needs relaxation, something similar to meditation.
To repose:

The spirit goes a long way with body and mind to rest.
The part that needs treatment and healing
With the focus of attention.
