The Artist Had A Dream. Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

The Artist Had A Dream.

And in the Dream a Figure
White and misty rose
With whitest Beard

Said:
You Artist be.
All can Artists be.
And Sacrifice shall us all Artists make.
But let your Artistry
Be unlimited as the Ideas be
Unbounded more than Oceans be
And the heavens immense.
The Figure then stopped
And in the mists wrapped
Together with the mists went.
