The Barber's Chair Poem by douglas lewis

The Barber's Chair

Rating: 4.5

Trapped by hairs of grey
And stubble white,
The chair groaned another senior.
It's arthritic arms,
Eroded back,
Another custom fit.
It's balding seat
In shining sea,
A winner for the crown.
