The Bent And The Broken Poem by Shalom Freedman

The Bent And The Broken

THE BENT AND THE BROKEN

The bent and the broken
And the mind-lost and the mad
Canes walkers wheelchairs
Irritable angry sad.

Older and older
Sadder and more sad
I am growing older
How can life be glad?
