There is one big star shining
Way up there in the sky
It is watching over us
For it is Gods eye

Like the star of Bethlehem
It is there to show us a way
To keep our faith going
To see a brighter day

He is watching over us
In everything we say or do
He already knows before we pray
Just what we've been up to

Yes that star is shining
Way up there in the sky
Now go ahead and look for it
There's no reason to be shy

He'll guide you by your heart
If you'll let him in
And show you lots of love
And be your best of friend

So open up your hearts
And let his love shine through
For He surely just guided my pen
As I wrote these words to you
