The Blessed Nature Poem by Gangadharan nair Pulingat..

The Blessed Nature

Rating: 5.0

The leaves of trees are rotten
The water in wells are gone down
The birds are singing in a sad mood
Awaiting for a shower that too this summer
The stork is walking behind me
To have a little drink from my sprinkle pipe
I know it is so hot and unbearable
The only hope is on the black clouds
Which brings rainwater from the heights.

The leaves of trees are rotten and fallen down but water has brought up seasonal livelihood for many. Trees can bear fruits and life can bloom with great dignity. An interesting poem is beautifully penned.
