The Blue Man flies with little
Wings
And then once up
And up
He sings.
The Blue Man likes to soar
And then
Descending down to sea
A magic boat awaits with shiny oar
Of light
That blinds into the night.
The Blue Man little sleeps
But toils and toils
Yet in his toils
Many a break has
And smiles he then
To short naps he coils.
The Blue Man in the
Light
Of the moon that smiles
His face is navy blue
In the attaching light
And his nose orange turns
And then more red, red deep
Whilst round spells and mists seep
And night dews falling weep
Ah! magic so wise!
Image after image after image
In beauty each with each shall vie.
The more, more beauty reap!
The Blue Man dissolves flesh
His own flesh
And naked as a ghost
He passes everywhere
Between one stair and
Stair
To heaven!
The Blue Man power
Has
Yet very little use.
Humble his daily fare
In secret islet
Awhile animals stir!
The Blue Man is a Man
Of us
But then
But then not of us
Many
Many
For he envies not
Hates not
Fights not
And peace to him shall come without his calling it!
