The Brave Poem by Joseph Narusiewicz

The Brave

Those that grieve are brave
Feelings and aftermath
the past resolved within reason

Death and it's horrible tolling bells
silence so haunting one trembles
fear before the chimes of midnight

Duty and life calls also for the brave
so those that grieve are brave
but those that quit and live are braver
