The Brave Girl "Malala" Poem by Udit Kalita

The Brave Girl "Malala"

Rating: 5.0

Hey princess warrior
the world chanting your glory tunes
you are the torch bearer
you are darkness defeater
unleashing brazen vibes
Amidst cildren till the olds
All mesmerized in your valor
your glory tales winning billion hearts
defeating fear you speak as the thunder
echoing deep into our souls
"your words" nowevery woman's freedom speech
Hey princess warrior
You are the savior
Building bridges across broken hearts
Alluring flowers all nipped in the bud
And the honey bees die in hunger
Where was the drive to live, fight and survive?
You are the only hope, spreading light in this dark world
You marched ahead amidst heaps of carcasses
& Talibani bullets fired to kill humanity
And all who voiced against injustice
"The pen still mightier than the swords"
You taught us to "dethroning hatred"
As Gandhi, Mandela did & lived in our hearts
You too would live & inspire
We follow you, your footsteps
It won't be bed of roses, but we won't give up or give in
With a dream to conquer
To fight injustice, to fight for freedom
Hey princess warrior
You are the torch bearer
You are the darkness defeater
Your eyes, they carry a dream that your father once dreamt
Spreading love tones and the muscle of "light".
You march ahead as we all savor and clap
On your bravery, some sheer will
We know you will win, you will win for sure.
