The Brown Door - Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

A reed to the deer is like the top of the pot,
But lead me through the bush and let me meet the deal!
For this star over here is like the rats along the narrow path,
But the Brown Door is about to open for me.
It is not a ton that i need,
But like the sub of your act for me to take the bus!
And the Brown Door is about to be open.
