The Chance Of Redemption Poem by Barry Middleton

The Chance Of Redemption

Rating: 4.5

the chance of redemption seems mighty slim
they blame it on us, we blame it on them

God and the devil had a big fight
Satan sentenced to hell for only a night

he settled on earth, oh you know his name
in the heart of all men, the hatred and shame

so where does salvation begin to begin
the spire of a church, or the souls of all men

I have but one prayer, that's all that I need
that I can grow stronger and stick to my creed

I believe that redemption begins in the heart
I am part of the plan and I must play my part

and you may join me if you believe that too
so get with the program, be a part of the crew

Yes, now a days many blame each other. We believe that redemption begins in the heart. For settling on Earth we need to stabilize mind in God and leave devil. Very amazing and thoughtful sharing this is....10
