The Cold Spring Day

THE COLD SPRING DAY
The cold spring day
Alternating between
Sudden darkness
And sudden sunlight
Brings its own cool happiness-
To the rain -rich green and yellow world
Spread before my eyes
In Gilo
Far district of Jerusalem
City of my home
So many years
And all the way
To the end of my days.
