The College Days Poem by Mohd Sajid Ansari

The College Days

Rating: 5.0

Come you, o ultramodern learner
Hang on a screen with someone unfamiliar,
At 12'o clock in the weary night
College-goers explore on halted google sites.

From email to IPhone from text to status updates
Everything reduced single sentence to my college mates.

Your college days are thus revealed
Attentive enough you are as a slogger.
Ever busy you are! With Picasa or Blogger
Proactive your brain you never conceived.

Find no ways out you are elated.
Exploring google sites for the events belated.
Books are useless, you explore Gmail
Chatting on Android, compounding email.

Yea, this is the state of generation next
Exchanging ideas via Lollypop SMS text
The lament of humanity is generation gap
Modern learners ever engrossed with google map.

The pure product of country thus goes crazy
But to express their experience they approach PC
Forget culture, values and salutation being frenzy,
Devil-may-care learners prefer chit-chat
Entangled in the modern version named Kit Kat.

Mental tiredness makes them unable to be creative
These scholars use maximum YouTube image
Live in cobweb of gadget, victim of parental raze
Stuck in google drive docs feels lonesome and evasive.

Creative work and modernity evolve better by chrome device
But the gadget swallows up health to sickness twice.
